OUR HUMBLE BEGINNINGS: MEGAEAST PROPERTIES, INC. (MEPI) was founded in September 2004 and was officially opened in December 2004. MEPI initially was formed to handle select projects of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development, Inc. specifically Ponte Verde in Antipolo, Parkview in Caloocan, Vista Verde Executive Village in Cainta and Monte Verde Royale in Taytay. To date, almost all abovementioned projects have been sold out. Other projects were later turned over to MEPI which established a track record of selling out projects that other marketing companies failed to accomplish. With its future in mind, MEPI officially spun off its first subsidiary company; Serendestiny Properties, Inc. It�s mandate was to expand MEPI�s marketing niche outside its regular inventories and market and to establish its alternative marketing concepts going beyond the bounds of the traditional real-estate selling styles. With its expanded reach, MEPI is now positioned to handle a global reach of clientele, affording them with the most professional service they deserve for their well earned investments. At present, the company has helped many investors achieve their dream investments and has likewise provided lucrative income opportunities to its marketing partners, most of whom have new and better standards of living. At the helm of MEPI�s operations, is its founder President and CEO Bobby Santos Gonzales. A real-estate practitioner since he was in college, MEPI�s founder started his real-estate career as a Sales Representative and later on moved up the ladder of success with such companies as Filinvest Corp., Fil-Estate Realty Corp. and Royale Homes Marketing Corp. Having experienced first-hand the hardships and trials of sales, he later formed BSG Realty in 1998 and was a consistent top broker of Sta. Lucia Realty and Development Corp. For over 15 years now, Bobby S. Gonzales has gained the respect of his peers in the industry as making ordinary people wealthy and improving their quality of life through this industry.
